Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received.   
If you are registering for you and a friend or friends we only need one email to hold those spaces. 

Your space at the Retreat will be confirmed once your deposit is made. You will have ONLY 10 days to get your Deposit to us . Once that is received and contract is signed your space is then reserved. 

Spring 2022 Retreat

Price  includes:  

7-night stay in a  stunning  Villa in Tuscany 
* Jewelry silversmithing class with Terri Brush  
* Art class with Julie Collings 

 one day with Milan Jeweler Mariolina . 


* Italian cooking class  
*Antique Market shopping day trip
* Extra Day Excursion to a Fun Italian City ! 

*Wine tasting and tour of Tuscany Winery 


*Meals (7 Breakfasts - 5 lunches- 5  Dinners ) 

*Note: Excursion days you are responsible for your own lunch and/or dinner on these days  awat from the villa 

Below NOT included in any of the Retreat fees. 

• Airfare, including any baggage fees, Transfers to and from the airport  to our  Estate location in Tuscany Region, You are responsible for  getting to and from the Estate on arrival and Departure days .. 

•  Travel Insurance of any kind (cancellation, medical, etc.) for the trip. strongly advised to buy trip insurance
• You are responsible to follow all CDC guidlines upon entry and departure of your vistis , if you test postive and need to stay longer that is your own responsibility ! ..  

• All meals on excursion days away from Estate are not included in Retreat price . 
• Please have a valid Passport , make sure it doesn't expire 3 months  prior to dates of travel .

Closest airport is   Florence Italy 

We have a special Limo travel agency we recommend for pick ups and drop offs at the airport. we recommend guests share rides .. as we near  the dates and open the facebook group all this can be planned..  
Accommodations 

The Estate is in the Beautiful Tuscany Region , it  has beautiful guest rooms  and comforts for your stay. 
Please note we have No private rooms .
*shared bedrooms and Shared bathrooms . 
 we do room you with guests you travel with . 
If you are traveling alone we find you the best suited roomie ! 

{we do not have private rooms} 

*Bedrooms have , twin beds, king beds and queen beds and some full beds .. 
you can request a twin bed.. Please do so upon registering to make sure there is twins available.. 


Workshops

You will be attending three days of creative workshops. 
You are required to bring some art /jewelry supplies to do your workshops. 
Below is a list of items required to bring .

You do NOT need to know a thing to take these Classes ! We teach you everything you will need to know !

Terri Brush from Washington State 
Julie Collings from Utah 

Mariolina  from Milan - Silversmith 


You are required to bring some tools for class 

Ball Peen Hammer

bench block 
 Jewelry Plier set with wire cutters 
scissors 
needle and Thread 

Please do not arrive with no supplies for workshops , you wouldn't be able to do much in the worlshops with out the proper supplies.. you can share them if your traveling with a friend .. 

Beads - ( projects will be shown as we near the dates) 
 Depending on the classes you may be required to bring a few more items.. 
 

There is a Private Facebook Group it has all the information that is needed for this retreat ! 
its a wonderful way to meet your Retreat guests and start planning.. 
many guests plan days before and after to tour more of Italy ! .. 

 A $550.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each space in the retreat.

There is an option for a  payment plan ,you will have a few choices in your contract. 

Half of the outstanding balance must be paid by Oct   15th  2022. 
The final remaining balance must be paid in full by Jan 30th  2022 FIRM !


Payments are only accepted as   Money Order,  or  Personal Check USD 
 we do not accept credit card payments 

When you sign up and pay your deposit your space is then reserved .. 

You have 7 days to get your deposit to us from your initial Hold date you email us  . We cannot hold a spot longer then 7 days with unpaid deposit or signed contracts . 

We will send you a contract that will need to be signed and returned back to us promptly to continue to  reserve your space .. 

 We have a firm cancelation policy please read below. You are reserving a space in a limited space Retreat. 

Your registration is nonrefundable but is transferable within 60 days of Retreat to a new attendee . If you are unable to attend we can send you all the swag and workshop kits.. 

Our policy is very FIRM, please know when you register that this is our policy!    PLEASE REFER TO CONTRACT. In the event, you are unable to attend we will make every attempt  to help you try to sell your space. 

Again we cannot tell you enough to Purchase  Trip Insurance ..
